Ingredients For red chicken

  • 3 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 bottle
    russian dressing
  • 1 jar
    peach or apricot jam
  • 1 box
    lipton's onion soup mix

How To Make red chicken

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place thawed or fresh chicken breast in a deep baking dish.

    In a large bowl mix together dressing, jam, and both packets of lipon onion soup mix. Pour all of the mixture over the chicken making sure to get all of the chicken covered and coated.

    Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is completely done.
