  • few dash
    scotts spice blend
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1 qt
    heavy cream
  • 1 lb
    fettuccine pasta cooked
  • 1/2 c
    diced tomatoes
  • 1
    onion,diced
  • 1/2 c
    diced red peppers
  • 3 c
    spinach, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    sun dried tomatoe pesto
  • 8
    strips of raw bacon

How To Make ranchhands chicken pasta

    Coat chicken with spices and grill the breast

    In medium sauce pan melt butter. Add cream,3/4c parm,tomatoe pesto and cook on medium till thicken.add cooked pasta and toss togther

    Saute bacon,onionspinach,red pepper and tomatoes.add mixture to top of chicken and sprinkle remainder of parm ceese over it. Place under broiler til brown and serve on top of pasta
