Ingredients For ranch-style thighs

  • 1/2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 6
    chicken thighs, skin removed if desired
  • 1/2 c
    ranch salad dressing

How To Make ranch-style thighs

    In a shallow bowl or large resealable plastic bag, combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.

    Sprinkle cornmeal in bottom of baking dish.

    Dip chicken in Ranch dressing and allow to marinate in a dish for 15 to 30 minutes. Then coat with crumb mixture.
  • Baked on a parchment lined sheet with a rack for easy cleanup.

    Place in a greased 13"X9"X2" baking dish. Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
