Ingredients For rad na thai chinese chicken & noodles in gravy

  • 8 oz
    wide rice noodles
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    thai soybean paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    white pepper
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2
    chicken breast sliced
  • 2 c
    baby broccoli chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 3 Tbsp
    tapioca flour

How To Make rad na thai chinese chicken & noodles in gravy

    Mix the sweet soy sauce, soybean paste, oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper together and set aside. Mix the water with the Tapioca flour together and set aside.

    Cook noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.

    Add the oil to a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the chicken pieces and brown on both sides. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook 1 minute. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the baby broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Add the water and Tapioca flour and stir until thickened. Stir in the noodles.
