8 ozwide rice noodles

2 Tbspsweet soy sauce

1 tspthai soybean paste

1 Tbspoyster sauce

1/4 csugar

1 tspwhite pepper

2 cchicken broth

2chicken breast sliced

2 cbaby broccoli chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspoil

1/2 cwater

3 Tbsptapioca flour
How To Make rad na thai chinese chicken & noodles in gravy

1Mix the sweet soy sauce, soybean paste, oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper together and set aside. Mix the water with the Tapioca flour together and set aside.

2Cook noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.

3Add the oil to a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the chicken pieces and brown on both sides. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook 1 minute. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the baby broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Add the water and Tapioca flour and stir until thickened. Stir in the noodles.
