Ingredients For quick stir fry by bates

1 or 2boneless skinless chicken breast

1/2 pkgbroccoli slaw mix (prepackaged)

3green onions, cut into 1" strips incl. green part

1 Tbspsesame oil or olive oil

1 tsphoisin sauce
-
3 Tbspsoy sauce, dark

1/2 tspground ginger
-
1 smcan water chestnuts, chopped
How To Make quick stir fry by bates

1In wok, cast iron or other heavy skillet, heat oil until it begins to smoke While oil is heating, cut chicken breast into long thin strips

2Once oil begins to smoke, dump chicken into oil and cook for about 3-4 minutes stirring so all sides will be browned Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and ginger and continue stirring Add vegetables and continue cooking for about 2 more minutes Add water chestnuts at the last minute

3NOTES: You don't have to worry about salting because soy and hoisin sauce have salt in them. Get the slaw mix with snap peas if you can find it, but it is not necessary You can also use thin sliced round steak cut into strips or shrimp in place of chicken breasts

4Pour over cooked steamed rice and enjoy. In ten to fifteen minutes, you have a meal.with very little effort.
