Quick to make and, yes, spicy..Yum! I love how easyily quick it is to make! I usually serve it over rice, but it's great on its own.

Ingredients For quick spicy chicken creole

1 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" strips

114 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chilis

1 cchili sauce

1-1/2 cchopped green bell peppers

1/2 ccelery, chopped
-
1/4 cchopped onion
-
2 tspminced garlic
-
1 tspdried basil
-
1 tspdried parsley
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make quick spicy chicken creole

1Sparay a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over high heat. Add chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium.

2Add tomatoes and their juices, chili sauce, bell peppers, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper and salt.

3Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer , covered for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
