Ingredients For quick & easy chicken pot pie

2 can(10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 csour cream

1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspdried parsley flakes

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspground black pepper

1 pkg(1 lb) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

3 cchopped cooked chicken
-
1 1/2 cbisquick baking mix
-
1/2 cgrated sharp cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cmilk
How To Make quick & easy chicken pot pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Lightly grease 13x9 inch baking dish. In a large bowl combine soup and next 6 ingredients. Stir in veggies and chicken. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish; set aside.

3In a small bowl combine baking mix and cheese. Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons evenly over chicken mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes or until biscuits are browned and pot pie is hot and bubbly.
