This is for one or two people. I would recommend 1 chicken breast per person. I use chicken breast, can use chicken parts thighs, legs ... oh btw............delicious over rice, noodles.....

Ingredients For quick cream of chicken

  • 1
    chicken breasts, whole
  • 6oz can
    chicken broth (1/2 can)
  • 6oz can
    cream of mushroom soup (1/2 can)
  • mushrooms, fresh as much as you want

How To Make quick cream of chicken

    Boil the chicken in broth
  • 2
    Remove meat from bones ( if necessary)
  • 3
    Remove bone and drain broth set aside for another use
  • 4
    Add CONDENSED soup NO diluting stir over low heat
  • 5
    Add more mushrooms if you want.
