This is a great alternative to the nice but greasy version lol. Instead of frying them i will bake them with a great surprise ingredient.. Hope you try..

Ingredients For quick chicken parm

8chicken breast skinned and chopped (1/2 pieces)

2 cmarinara sauce

1/4 tspcrush peppers
-
1 cloveminced, or pressed

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 pkgitalian croutons
-
1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated
-
1 cmozzarella cheese, low-fat
How To Make quick chicken parm

1In casserole dish pour olive oi on the bottom, crushed or mince garlic. and crush pepper flakes. Add the chicken on top (the amount of cooking time all depends on the thickness and size of the chicken pieces).

2Pour the sauce over the chicken evenly to cover all chicken. Sprinkle over 1/2 of the cheeses.

3Top with the Italian croutons the remaining cheese. Cover a casserole in foil for 30 minutes. Uncover to brown the croutons and cheese for about 5 minutes more..
