    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless (or your favorite boneless cut of chicken)
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bottle
    favorite salsa
  • cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make quick baked salsa chicken

    Shake the chicken in your favorite taco seasoning mix. (Or you can make your own...) Place in a lightly greased baking dish.

    Pour your favorite salsa over the coated chicken. Bake in a 350 degree oven until thermometer reaches 165 degrees.

    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake until melted. Serve with Spanish style rice and a salad for a great family pleasing meal.
