  • all-purpose flour
  • oil
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz each)
  • 1/2 can
    water (cream of mushroom soup can)

How To Make pork chop potato casserole

  • Peel the potatoes.

    Peel the potatoes.
  • Slice the potatoes.

    Cut into round slices.
  • A layer of sliced potatoes in a baking dish with salt and pepper.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Layer the bottom of a large casserole dish with potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Pork chops coated in flour.

    Coat the pork chops with the flour.
  • Browning each side of the pork chops.

    Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown the pork chops on each side.
  • Browned pork chops in the baking dish over the potatoes.
