This is a easy yet elegant dish that is one of my mom's favorites which comes from her cousin Margaret Stewart in Topeka KS.

Ingredients For poppy seed chicken

6-8skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1(12oz) sour cream
-
1 cancream of chicken soup

1 stickmargarine, melted
-
1stack of ritz crackers, crumbled

3-5 Tbsppoppy seeds
How To Make poppy seed chicken

1Place chicken in a 9x13-in. casserole. Combine sour cream and chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Mix Ritz crackers with margarine and spoon over top. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If cracker crumbs are a little wet, add more cracker crumbs.
