This can be made ahead of time by putting in a casserole dish and refrigerating until later or the next day. Then Heat in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

Ingredients For pollo tetrazzini

  • 8 oz
    egg noodles
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 can
    mushroom soup
  • 2 c
    chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1 jar
    mushrooms
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make pollo tetrazzini

  • 1
    cook noodles according to package directions
  • 2
    Saute onion & green pepper in butter. Add mushrooms.

    Add mushroom soup, chicken, milk, salt & pepper. Simmer 5 minutes

    Combine noodles with sauce and parmesan cheese.
