Tender pieces of chicken, mushrooms, onion in a creamy sauce. This is one of my favorite dishes when we eat out! Since the chef that makes it is already married...I created my own.

Ingredients For pollo ala crema

1 1/2 lbchicken tenders

1 lgonion

2 cmushrooms, sliced

1 cmexican cream
-
2/3 csour cream

1 tspallspice, ground

1/2 Tbsppaprika

2 clovegarlic

1 Tbspchicken base

2 Tbspoil
How To Make pollo ala crema

1Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and onion. Saute until chicken is no longer pink.

2Add minced garlic, mushrooms,mexican cream (media crema by Nestle found in mexican aisle), all spice, paprika and chicken base.

3Cook until it starts to bubble. then reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve with warm tortillas, rice and beans.
