Ingredients For plum yum chicken

    whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cut into bite size strips
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    water
  • 4 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 1
    small onion, sliced thin and pulled apart
  • 6 oz
    snow peas
  • 1
    zucchini, sliced thin
  • 1
    carrot, coarsely grated
  • 6
    large plums, pitted and quartered
  • slivers of fresh ginger to taste

How To Make plum yum chicken

    Mix sauce up- stir together sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce, cornstarch. Set aside
  • 2
    Preheat wok over high heat; add oil. Stir fry onion for 1 minute, add chicken and stir fry until done, about 3 minutes. Push mixture from center of wok. Stir sauce mixture and pour into center of wok. Cook and site until thick and bubbly. Add vegetables and ginger, stir fry for 2-3 minutes more. Stir in plums. Serve over rice or noodles.
