Ingredients For pineapple hawaiian chicken tnt

2 broiler fryers, halved lengthwise or quartered

oil

2 tbsp. sugar

1 t. cornstarch

1 can crushed pineapple (8.25 oz)

2 tbsp. margarine

2 t.bsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp.finely chopped onion
How To Make pineapple hawaiian chicken tnt

1Preheat broiler. Break joints of chicken. Brush chicken with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Put skin side down in broiler pan. (Rack optional).

2Broil 5 to 6" from heat until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Turn. Broil 15 to 20 minute more. Meanwhile, in small pan, mix sugar and cornstarch.

3Stir in crushed pineapple, butter, soy sauce and chopped onion. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more. Spoon glaze over chicken the last 5 minutes of broiling. Serves 4 to 6 Source: My Old Recipes
