1 pkgfrozen stir-fry vegetables (16 oz)

1 canunsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (8 oz)

How To Make pineapple chicken stir-fry

1For the sauce, combine the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, ground ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside.

2In a large skillet or wok, fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes or until juices run clear.

3Add the vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until crisp yet tender.

4Stir in the pineapple and the reserved soy sauce mixture; heat through.
