1 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 canchopped tomatoes, onions and green chilies

1 jarmedium salsa

2avacadoes and guacolome seasioning pack mixed

1 clow fat sour cream

2 pkgtaco seasoning mix

2 clow fat mexican shredded cheese

1/2shredded lettuce

1chopped tomatoe

1/2 cansliced black olives

1/2 canpickled jalapeno

2 pkgtortilla chips

12 cans re-fried beans heated up in a skillet then smeared on the bottom of the dish

2chicken breast boiled in 1 cup of water and taco seasoning pack then shredded with the blender smeared on the beans

31 jar medium salsa and 1 can chopped tomatoes,onions and green chilies on the chicken

4guacamole on the salsa
-
51 cup sour cream blended with taco seasoning pack smeared on the guacamole

62 cups low fat Mexican shredded cheese on the sour cream
-
7then shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and jalapenos

8refrigerated then served on TORTILLA CHIPS
