    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • herbs of choice
  • salt and pepper

How To Make perfect chicken breasts

    Add salt, pepper and herbs to chicken In skillet, melt butter and brown chicken on one side. Flip and begin browning on other side

    Add chicken broth and wine to skillet.

    Bring broth and wine to a boil. Cover skillet and lower heat. Poach chicken for 5 - 10 minutes (depending on size and thickness of chicken)

    Remove lid and raise heat. Simmer / boil the remaining wine-broth and turn the chicken to coat. The sauce with condense down to a glaze
