Ingredients For pepper chicken with rice(crockpot)

  • 2 1/2 lb
    frozen chicken tenders
  • 1 c
    chopped multicolored sweet peppers
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/8 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 2 c
    chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    cream or milk
  • salt, to taste(optional)
  • cooked rice(i use brown rice)

How To Make pepper chicken with rice(crockpot)

  • 1
    Put chicken tenders, peppers and onions in crockpot. Sprinkle with ground pepper. Cook on high for 4-5 hrs. or on low for 7-8hrs. Break up, or shred with a fork. Whisk together chicken stock and cornstarch. Heat over med. heat until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in cream or milk. Add to chicken in crockpot and stir to combine. Salt to taste, if desired. Serve over rice.
