Ingredients For pecan crusted chicken

4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

2egg whites

2 tspcornstarch

2 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

1 cpanko bread crumbs

1 Tbspparsley
-
2 tspkosher salt

1/4 tsppepper
-
zest of 1 lemon

1 cpecans, crushed
How To Make pecan crusted chicken

1Preheat oven to 450.

2Blend egg whites, cornstarch and lemon (dipping mixture).

3Combine remaining ingredients (crusting mixture).

4Dip chicken breast in dipping mixture and then in crusting mixture.

5Saute chicken in oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and crisp.

6Turn and brown on other side place on sheet pan and roast in oven until done about 8 minutes.

7Test with meat thermometer until 165 degrees.
