This is a simple and rather fast chicken recipe...we love the pecans and don't crush all of them real fine.

Ingredients For pecan-crusted chicken

1 ctoasted pecans

1/2 cbreadcrumbs

1 tspdried basil

4chicken breast, boneless

1/4 choney mustard

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make pecan-crusted chicken

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Using a food processor, grind the pecans into fine crumbs. Transfer to a wide, shallow bowl and stir in the bread crumbs and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Rub each chicken breast with honey mustard, then coat with the pecan mixture.

2Place on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. Bake until the juices run clear, about 20 minutes.
