2 lbchicken leg-thigh quarters, separated

1 ccreamy peanut butter

4 Tbspteriyaki sauce
-
3 Tbsphoney
-
1 TbspItalian dressing mix

1 tsponion powder
-
3 ozhoney-roasted peanuts
-
3/4 cpanko bread crumbs
-
4garlic cloves, minced
-
2 tspground allspice
-
3 tspground cumin
-
1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper
How To Make peanut butter roasted chicken

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Place chicken pieces in a large ziptop bag.

3In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, teriyaki sauce, honey, Italian seasoning and onion powder; whisk together for 2 minutes until blended.

4Pour mixture over the chicken pieces in the bag; seal and refrigerate for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

5After that, use tongs to remove the chicken pieces from the bag of marinade and place them on a large plate. Set aside.

6In a large food processor, combine honey roasted peanuts, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, allspice, ground cumin and sea salt/black pepper. Process for 3 minutes until blended.

7Place crumb mixture in a another large ziptop bag; add the chicken and seal. Shake to coat for 35 seconds.

8Place them in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.

9Bake 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
