How To Make peanut butter coconut curry with chicken

1In a small bowl mix the peanut butter, coconut cream, red curry paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar. Mix well and pour into a slow cooker.

2Add the chicken and toss in the sauce.

3Let cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. In the last 15 minutes add the spinach and cook until spinach is wilted. Serve over cooked rice.
