peanut butter baked chicken thighs
This recipe is based on YouTube's BBQ Pit Boys video for peanut butter chicken. I created this delicious recipe, baking the chicken in the oven, and I used lime juice instead of lemon.

2 ccreamy peanut butter

1/3 cdark soy sauce

1/2 Tbspgarlic powder

1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1/3 clight brown sugar

2 Tbspcider vinegar

1/2 clime juice

3/4 choney

3 tspblack pepper

How To Make peanut butter baked chicken thighs

1In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, cider vinegar, lime juice, honey and black pepper.

2Whisk together until blended and smooth.

3Place 6 bone-in chicken thighs in a large ziptop bag and the remaining 6 chicken thighs in another ziptop bag.

4Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the two bags of chicken, squeeze all the air out of the bag, and seal. Shake a few times to coat the chicken; refrigerate for 2 hours.

5Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

6Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.

7Using tongs, grab the chicken thighs out of the ziptop bags and place them on a prepared baking sheet.

8Brush the chicken thighs with the mixture out of the bags.

9Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
