Ingredients For peachy chicken

6chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

1/2 cflour, salt & pepper to taste

2 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 1/2 corange juice
-
2 Tbspvinegar
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspbasil
-
1/2 tspnutmeg
-
1 canpeach haves(16oz), drained
How To Make peachy chicken

1Pre heat oven to 375. Shake chicken breasts in bag with flour,salt & pepper

2Combine butter and oil in pan over med-med high heat and brown chicken breasts

3Combine orange juice,vinegar, sugar,basil and nutmeg in small bowl. Place chicken breasts in a 3-quart casserole dish, and pour mixture over chicken.

4Cover and bake for 1hr.and 15 min or until tender. Baste often if desired.

5Place peach haves between chicken pieces, baste well, and baked uncovered 15 min. longer.

6*** you can mix juice from canned fruit with the orange juice. Fresh peaches can be used but put them in after 1 hr.
