Only once in a while do I see chicken wings in the market where I shop..These are easy to prepare and the best part is I prepare and some other member of my family mans the BBQ.

Ingredients For peach and balsamic chicken wings

  • 1/4 c
    peach jam
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream, fat-free
  • 3 1/2 lb
    chicken wings, about24
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 c
    parsley chopped
  • 2
    green onions sliced
  • 4
    radishes thinly sliced
  • 1
    head..butter lettuce
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make peach and balsamic chicken wings

  • 1
    Heat grill to medium, low. In a bowl whisk together the jam, vinegar, cayenne and s and p. add the wings and toss with 2 tbsp of the jam mixture.

    Grill the chicken, covered turning occasionally until cooked throughhabout 25 to 30 minutes basting with remaining jam mixture.

    In a bowl whisk together the sour cream, lemon juice and parsley. slice the radishes thinly, break up the lettuce,,top with the radishes and onions, drizzle the dressing over the lettuce and top with the wings. Serve with rice {optional}
