Ingredients For pasta and chicken in roasted garlic sauce

10 clovegarlic

3chicken breasts
-
salt, pepper, or your favorite seasonings

1 cbutter, divided

1/2 cchopped fine onions

2 pthalf and half
-
1 Tbspdried oregano
-
2 cgrated Parmesan cheese, divided

1 boxcorkscrew pasta or whatever pasta you prefer

1 pkgchopped broccoli
How To Make pasta and chicken in roasted garlic sauce

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and take the outer skins off the garlic.

2Place the garlic in the oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, season the chicken with salt and pepper or your favorite seasonings. Place the chicken in the oven with the garlic.

3Take the garlic out when it is soft, about 40-45 minutes. Finish cooking the chicken until it is done.

4In a skillet, place 1/2 cup of butter. Add the onions and squeeze the soft garlic, mashing it into the butter.

5Cook until onions are translucent. Then add the remaining 1/2 cup of butter, half and half, and oregano. Turn the heat to low.

6Place a pan of water on the stove and bring to a boil to cook the noodles. Add noodles when the water comes to a boil and cook according to package directions.

7Take the chicken out of the oven and cut into bite-size chunks or shred.

8Add the chicken and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese to the garlic sauce.

9Stir the cheese, sauce, and chicken so that it is combined. Leave on low heat.

10Add the broccoli to the pasta when the pasta is almost done.

11Drain the pasta and broccoli, and put them into a large dish.

12Pour the chicken and garlic sauce over the pasta. Toss and sprinkle the remaining cup of Parmesan over the pasta.
