How To Make parmesan garlic chicken wings

1Place the wings in a big bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pour buttermilk over top. Let marinate in the fridge overnight.

2Mix the potato starch and Panko together. Bring oil to 350 degrees. Take each wing out of the buttermilk and roll in the panko mixture. Deep fry in batches for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain on paper towel.

3To make the sauce: Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Cook the garlic until golden. Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and add the Parmesan in and let it melt.

4Pour the sauce over the chicken wings or use as a dip
