    chicken leg quarters
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c
    fresh parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    each sweet paprika and oregano
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard

How To Make parmesan dijon chicken leg quarters

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken.

    Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper and place it on a flat plate
  • 3
    Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove and mix in the mustard.

    Brush the chicken leg quarters with the butter mustard mixture then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.

    Bake for about 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
