1/4 cdijon mustard
How To Make parmesan dijon chicken leg quarters

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken.

2Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper and place it on a flat plate

3Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove and mix in the mustard.

4Brush the chicken leg quarters with the butter mustard mixture then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.

5Bake for about 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
