This one of my "easy dinner" recipes for chicken. It has alot of flavor and you can either eat the breast whole with side dishes, or when cooked, can slice up and serve warm on salads.

Ingredients For parmesan crusted chicken

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise (hellmann's is best)
  • 3/4 c
    parmigiano reggiano, grated
  • 1/2 c
    panko or italian bread crumbs
  • 6
    large chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

How To Make parmesan crusted chicken

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • 2
    Mix mayonnaise and cheese together. Place chicken breasts on lined cookie sheet and top each with equal amounts of sauce. Sprinkle the top of each with bread crumbs.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
