we eat alot of chicken so hubby is always askin me to find different recipes cuz he gets bored with same ole same ole... came up with this am tryin it for dinner tonight...will see how he likes it

Ingredients For parmason mayo crusted chicken tenders

  • 4-6 md
    chicken tenders
  • 2/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 sm
    red onion,grated fine
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese,fresh grated[not that can stuff,please]

How To Make parmason mayo crusted chicken tenders

    preheat oven to 350 remove chicken tenders from freezer as u start makin it[u want then somewhat froze]

    mix mayo and onion then add milk do a T at a time do not want it to runny
  • 3
    take a cookie sheet and spray with non stick spray... now take tenders and dip into mayo mix coat well then dip in cheese coat well place on cookie sheet do the rest of chicken bake 20-25 min til cheese well browned and chicken no longer pink

    i like servin these with a sour cream and horseradish sauce
