Ingredients For paprika chicken with egg noodles

  • 8 oz
    egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3
    boneless skinless chicken cut into chunks
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1
    red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 md
    onion thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp
    allspice
  • 2 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 c
    creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    each chives and dill minced

How To Make paprika chicken with egg noodles

    Bring a lot pot of water to boil. While the water is coming to a boil place a large skillet over med. high heat. Add olive oil to skillet.Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until almost done then remove chicken to a plate.

    Add the bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook one more minute. Add the chicken stock, paprika and allspice bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and whip in the creme fraiche or sour cream. Add the chicken back to the pan. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.

    Once the noodles are cooked and drained Add the butter, chives, and dill. Mix well. Serve the chicken mixture over the noodles.
