Ingredients For pan seared chicken thighs w hoisin sesame sauce

4boneless chicken thighs pounded to be the same thickness all over

2 Tbspduck fat or oil

salt and pepper
- THE SAUCE

4 clovegarlic minced
-
1/3 choisin sauce
-
1/2 ceach orange juice and chicken stock
-
1 tspsesame oil and chili garlic sauce

1 tspfresh chopped chilies seeds removed
How To Make pan seared chicken thighs w hoisin sesame sauce

1Add the duck fat or oil to a large skillet. Add salt and pepper to chicken. Sear the chicken on both sides for about 6 minutes. Remove the chicken to a plate and set aside.

2Add the garlic to the drippings in the pan. Cook 30 seconds. Add the orange juice and deglaze the pan. Add the hoisin sauce, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and add the chili sauce and fresh chilies. Add the chicken back to the pan with any juices. Add the sesame oil

4Cook until chicken is fully done.
