when you dont know what too create with left over meatloaf, chicken or beef, you can always make this dish . the difference is far from a boaring sandwich.

Ingredients For pan grilled chicken on pita

  • 3 slice
    extra old cheddar cheese
  • 1 md
    fresh sliced mushroom
  • 2 tsp
    salsza
  • 2 slice
    beef or chicken leftover meatloaf
  • 1 md
    pita bread cut in half

How To Make pan grilled chicken on pita

  • 1
    take your left over meat loaf , slice two med thick ( half inch ) slices of meat loat , this one i used is chicken .
  • 2
    slice your pita in half, open the lip of the bread, stuff in the salsa , the fresh muxhroom, add the meat loaf , and then add the cheese
  • 3
    take pan , add 1 tbsp butter , put the pita in pan, let it frill for about 5 min on each side for 5 min each on med heat.

    place nicely on a plate with a papertowel too soak up unwanted butter. and eat it..
