A co-worker of mine brought one of these to work one day. I asked her for the recipe and I've been making it this way ever since.

Ingredients For pam's chicken pot pie

  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1
    frozen, unbaked deep dish pie shell
  • 1
    frozen, unbaked regular pie shell
  • 1 sm
    can chicken, drained

How To Make pam's chicken pot pie

    Preheat oven to 350F. Mix soup, vegetables, chicken and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Pour mixture into deep dish pie shell. Top with regular pie shell. Press edges together to seal. Make slits in top shell with a knife for steam to escape. Bake for 30 minutes or until top shell is brown.

    I have been known to add different spices to this pie. I love to experiment with it. I have used seasoned salt, ms. dash, and other spice blends with good results.
