2boneless chicken thighs sliced

1/4 coyster sauce

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspveg oil

4 clovegarlic

6 stalkchinese broccoli or broccoli rabe chopped

2 lgeggs beaten

8 ozwide rice noodles

lime wedges for serving
How To Make pad see ew

1Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.

2Mix the chicken with the oyster sauce and set aside. Stir together soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Set aside.

3Set a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the oil. Add the garlic and broccoli and stir fry 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

4Add the chicken and the oyster sauce and stir fry until chicken is done about 4 minutes.Transfer to a the plate with the broccoli. Add the eggs and cook 30 seconds. Add the noodles and the soy sauce mixture. Cook 30 seconds add the chicken and broccoli back to the wok and cook until everything is all warmed through.
