- NOODLES

7 ozwide flat rice noodles
- SAUCE

2 Tbspdark soy sauce

2 Tbspoyster sauce

2 tspsoy sauce

2 tsprice vinegar

1 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspwater
- FOR THE STIR FRY

3 Tbsppeanut oil

4 clovegarlic minced

3boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces

1 lgegg

1 bunchbroccolini trimmed
How To Make pad see ew thai stir fried noodles

1Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.

2Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccolini and boil 4 minutes. Drain. Set aside.

3Add 1 tbsp peanut oil to wok. Add the chicken and the garlic and cook until chicken is almost done. Add the broccolini and cook 2 more minutes. Push everything to the side and crack in the egg and scamble the egg until done.

4Remove everything from Wok and add the remaining oil. Add the noodles and sauce and stir fry to caramalize the noodles about 2 minutes.

5Add everything back and and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
