Ingredients For oven-fried chicken

1whole chicken; cut into separate pieces

2 call-purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 cbutter, melted
How To Make oven-fried chicken

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cut the whole chicken into pieces.

2Add flour and salt to a resealable bag. Add the chicken pieces and shake until coated.

3Shake excess flour off of the chicken. Place the chicken in a low dish or rimmed baking sheet.

4Pour the melted butter over the top of each piece of chicken.

5Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
