Ingredients For oven-fried chicken

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 12
    chicken thighs (or as many as you need to feed your family)

How To Make oven-fried chicken

    Arrange chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet. Salt chilcen on both sides, to taste. Brush boths sides of the chicken with the melted butter.

    In a large zip bag, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Dredge a couple pieces of the chicken at a time in the flour mixture. Place coated chicken back on the baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

    You can use whatever pieces of chicken you prefer, just remember, you may have to adjust the cooking time accordingly. You will sear that this is fried chicken!
