How To Make oven fried chicken
-
1In a storage bag, soak the chicken pieces in the milk for 20-30 minutes. While chicken is soaking, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the butter into a few pieces & put put it in a 9x13 pan. Melt the butter in the pre-heated oven. Swirl the butter around the pan to evenly coat the bottom. Add some Pam if needed making sure there are no dry spots.
-
2Place the flour & spices in a storage bag & shake till blended. Shake excess milk off the chicken, place it in the bag, shake until all pieces are evenly coated.
-
3Place each piece in the pan & bake for 20 minutes. Turn the chicken over & cook for an additional 20 minutes or until completely cooked. The result...crispy, crunchy oven fried chicken...enjoy!

4TIP: I used 1 tsp. of seasoned salt in place of the salt & season all.
