Ingredients For oven chicken and potatoes

4boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped

1 smonion, chopped

2 tspminced garlic
-
1 tspbasil
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper

5potatoes cut into small wedges

5carrots cut into small wedges
-
2 Tbspoil (vegetable, canola type)
How To Make oven chicken and potatoes

1Preheat oven 400 degrees.

2Combine onion, oil, garlic, basil,oregano, salt and pepper.

3Pour 1/2 of the mix over potatoes and carrots. Mix until potatoes and carrots are evenly coated.

4Put chicken in a bowl, put other half of mixture over it. Mix until all the chicken is evenly coated.

5Mix chicken with potatoes and carrots.

6Put in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.

7Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for 45 - 60 minutes or until chicken is done and potatoes are soft. Take off foil last 15 minutes to brown a little.
