This is the fastest, easiest way to prepare moist, tasty chicken thighs. You can use bone-in or boneless thighs. I think that the bone-in thighs have more flavour and may take a few minutes longer to cook. There are several Chicken Seasoning recipes on Just a Pinch that will work with this recipe. You could just use salt and pepper if you prefer.

How To Make oven baked chicken thighs

    Place chicken thighs on a rack in a baking dish skin side up. Sprinkle with Chicken Seasoning.

    Bake in a 400 degree F. oven until done. Internal temperature 165 degrees F, about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 10 minutes.

    If you line the baking dish with parchment paper it will make cleanup easier.
