1/4-1/2 cpesto sauce

1/4 clow-fat mayo (or regular)

1 cItalian bread crumbs (can sub Panko)

1/4 cParmesan cheese

How To Make oven-baked breaded pesto chicken tenders

1Pat chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. Set oven temp to 375 degrees F.

2Combine pesto sauce and mayo - mix well. Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese.

3Dredge chicken tenders in pesto mix and then in bread crumb mix. Place chicken on a prepared baking sheet, separating each chicken tender.

4Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Then flip and bake until cooked through. Serve with pasta or a side of your choice.
