2 lbboneless chicken, chopped to bite size pieces

1egg

1 1/2 tspsalt

oil (for frying)

1/2 ccornstarch

1/4 call purpose flour

1/4 cgreen onion, chopped

1 Tbsprice wine vinegar

1/4 cwater
-
1/2 tspsesame oil
- ORANGE SAUCE

1 1/2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 1/2 Tbspwater

5 Tbspsugar
-
5 Tbspwhite vinegar

zest of 1 orange
How To Make orange chicken

1Place chicken pieces in large bowl.

2Stir egg, salt, and 1 tablespoon oil and mix well. Stir cornstarch and flour together. Add chicken pieces, stirring to coat.

3Heat oil for deep frying. Add chicken. Cook in small batches for 3-4 minutes. Do not over cook.

4Remove chicken and drain on paper towels. Set aside.

5Mix orange sauce ingredients together.

6In a clean skillet add 1 tablespoon of oil,Stir fry for 10 seconds. Add green onion and rice wine vinegar and stir for about 5 seconds. Add orange sauce and bring to a boil. Add cooked chicken and stir until coated.
