4 lgboneless skinless chicken thighs

2 tsppoultry seasoning

3 clovegarlic minced

2 sprigrosemary minced

1/3 corange marmalade

1/2 cchicken stock

1/3 cbalsamic vinegar

2green onions finely chopped

2 cbaby arugula
How To Make orange balsamic glazed chicken thighs

1In a large skillet over med high heat add the oil. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Place in hot oil and cook until browned on both sides.

2Throw in the rosemary and garlic. Mix the marmalade, balsamic vinegar, and chicken stock and pour over the chicken

3Continue to cook over med low heat until chicken is no longer pink inside and the sauce has reduced to a sticky glaze. Add the green onions at the last minute.

4Place the chicken on a plate top with arugula and dress the arugula with any left over sauce in the pan.
