This is pretty easy to make and very scrumptious. I've had similar recipes like this at restaurants, but I love this easy to make dish.

Ingredients For ooh la-la chicken a l'orange

8shallots, peeled, halved lengthwise

2 Tbspolive oil

salt & pepper

3-1/2 lbcut up chicken pieces; legs, thighs, wings, breasts

1/2 corange marmalade
-
1 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

1 Tbspchopped fresh rosemary
How To Make ooh la-la chicken a l'orange

1Heat oven to 425. Lightly spray a lg shallow roasting pan w/ olive oil cooking spray. Toss the shallots w/ 1 tbsp oil and 1/4 tsp each salt & pepper.

2In lg bowl, whisk together marmalade, vinegar, rosemary, remaining oil, 1/4 tsp salt & pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat.

3Place the chicken mix into pan, on top of the shallots. Bake about 30 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
