    envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 lb
    bone in chicken breasts halves (about 4)

    medium all purpose potatoes, cut into chunks (about 1 pound)

    carrots, sliced

How To Make onion roasted chicken and vegetables

    In large bowl, add all ingredients and toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are coated.

    In 9 X 13 inch baking pan, arrange chicken breast side up, and vegetables.

    Bake, uncovered, basting halfway through , 45 minutes at 450 degrees.
