Ingredients For one skillet chicken supper

3boneless chicken breasts

1/2 conions chopped

1 can(14 ounce) french-style green beans

1 can(14 ounce) chopped tomatoes with chilies

1 can(14 ounce) sliced carrots

1 lgpotato cut into 3/4 inch cubes

1 cuncooked rice

1 cwater

1/2 cshredded cheese

How To Make one skillet chicken supper

1Cut chicken into bite size pieced. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and onion. Saute' for about 3 minutes

2Add green beans, carrots, tomatoes with chilies, potato, rice, salt and pepper to skillet. Mix gently

3Pour water over top of chicken mixture. Cook covered over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until potatoes and rice are tender.
