Ingredients For nonna rosa: christopher's italian meat pie

  • 1 lb
    ground chicken
  • 1/2 c
    fresh parm
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1
    whole egg
  • 1
    unbaked deep dish pie shell

How To Make nonna rosa: christopher's italian meat pie

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients (meatloaf style) in large mixing bowl. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm.

    Top with marinara and a sprinkle of fresh parm or Top with Alfredo Sauce and Parm. Tastes just like an Italian Meatball. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf before serving :) Enjoy!
